To record the video with English sound one can use a VLC player to record the video with German sound (see below) together with a VLC player that records English sound (below). But how to record with one player - use the 'show more options'? Anyone?

OK, to record the English sound (no video): start VLC player, ctrl-S, Network, http://medj.kathcast.net:8000/medj3, Stream, Next, File Add, Browse (e.g. Desktop), yourfilename, Save, Stream. Your sound file (no video) will be on yourfilename.mp4

Ich bekomme ein gutes Bild. Auch Ton. Ist aber zu leise für mich. Hat aber mit mit meiner Schwerhörigkeit zu tun und muss damit leben.

Das alles wurde simultan in 16 (!) Sprachen ubersetzt : deutsch,englisch,russisch,chinesisch,arabisch (Libanon),franzosich,slowenisch,tschechisch,danisch...

Der Rosenkranz wurde in 30 Sprachen vorgebetet. / Das Chor, die Musiker kamen aus 23 Landern. / Das mexikanische TV "Maria Vision" hat auch Live ubertragen

Letztes Jahr (2009) beim "Mladifest" in Medjugorje, waren uber 60.000 Menschen aus 69 Landern, aus allen 5 Kontinenten anwesend. / Uber 500 Priester waren da. Die Priester horten Stundenlang die Beichte.... /

@silke: that way you still have to sit behind your computer all the time. One has to be able to return home in the evening and see the recorded audio and video simultaneously

try this ? > turn the German Sound off (VLC Player) and hear the sound from this site in your language

Grajo, how can I record the broadcast in English? My VLC player, ctrl-N and RTSP://www.kathtube.com/grajo.sdp plays the broadcast in German. My VLC player, ctrl-R and RTSP://www.kathtube.com/grajo.sdp records the broadcast with no sound... Help!

:-) last try > cklick strg + N or ctrl+N (on my keyboard the first left button at the bottom) than you can see a window click the point RTSP > type > www.kathtube.com/grajo.sdp ( WITHOUT the letters RTSP )

Danke Silke, das Problem ist, dass offens. eine gewisse Art von Windows in Kombi mit Quicktime das nicht auf dem ordentl. Weg schafft, aber für 2011 sollte eine techn. Umstellung kommen...

Also bei mir funktioniert das Bild leider auch nicht... hab quicktimeplayer runtergeladen und nun fragt er mich immer nach Benutzername und Passwort....

Ich vermute, dass wo die Passwortabfrage ist, handelt es sich um ein Quicktime-Problem. Mit dem VLC-Player könnte man das umgehen. beim VLC folgende URL öffnen: RTSP://www.kathtube.com/grajo.sdp das müsste dann bei allen klappen

Geht nur Ton und es kommt eine Passwortabfrage (unter Chrome-Browser)

@sidra: No, it's not necessary to log in. Perhaps You should use an alternative Browser ,not IExplorer, but try it with Firefox

I folowed exactly your instructions. I logged into kathtube site, then I looked for the live video. I can ear the voice, but there is no video. I think it is a problem of the server of kathtube

I think it's necessary to log to KathTube site choosing a username and a password and then link in and llok for the live video web. I have been trying to do this since different minutes but unfortunately I did not succeed yet

I disabled Windows Firewall, but it still require admin username and password to enter the server (78.46.45.146 is the IP address of www.kathtube.com). Any suggestions?
